The Washington Gas New Home Construction Program
Earn rebates when you build energy efficient residential new homes. By participating in the Washington Gas New Home Construction Program, you can provide your customers with a high-quality, highly efficient home. You’ll benefit from financial incentives as well as technical support and training to help you meet program guidelines. Plus, marketing training and support from Washington Gas will help you gain recognition.
Available Rebates
Rebates are available to homebuilders for qualifying whole home therm savings, ENERGY STAR Certification, and some high efficiency equipment. Washington Gas rebates can also be combined with manufacturer rebates.

Washington Gas partners with area manufacturers to offer rebate incentives on energy-efficient appliances for homeowners. Manufacturer rebates can also be combined with Washington Gas rebates for additional incentive savings to reduce upfront costs.
