MANUFACTURER REBATES

Washington Gas partners with area manufacturers to offer rebate incentives on energy-efficient appliances for homeowners. Manufacturer rebates can also be combined with Washington Gas rebates for additional incentive savings to reduce upfront costs.

BUILDER SPOTLIGHT

See how Washington Gas rebates have helped homebuilders stand out from the competition.

Join Our Network

Washington Gas welcomes you to become a participating homebuilder. If you're building ENERGY STAR certified homes with eligible natural gas equipment, you can submit a homebuilder application. Once approved, a program representative will add you to the eligible builders list in Ekotrope for your HERS Rater to submit homes on your behalf.

Eligible Home Submission

All homes must be located within the Washington Gas service territory. Eligible homes include detached units, as well as separately metered duplexes, townhomes, two-over-two condos, and multifamily units. Submissions are completed by the builder’s HERS Rater partner using the Ekotrope modeling software.
