Washington Gas partners with area manufacturers to offer rebates on energy-efficient equipment for homeowners. Manufacturer rebates can also be combined with Washington Gas rebates for additional incentive savings to reduce upfront costs.

Tankless Water Heater Rebate

Washington Gas customers in Maryland and Virginia can receive a $250 rebate on select tankless water heaters from A.O. Smith through August 15, 2026. This rebate is in addition to the Washington Gas rebates on eligible water heaters. Models include Adapt Premium Models with X3 Technology (ATHR199-X3, ATHR180-X3, ATHR160-X3) and Adapt Standard Models with X3 Technology (ATM-160X3-N, ATM-180X3-N, ATM-199X3-N).
