Make the Most of Cooling Season
As temperatures rise in April, cooling systems are prepared for operation while heating systems undergo scheduled maintenance. If your customers require the replacement of a furnace, infrared heater or boiler, we offer incentives for high-efficiency solutions in Maryland and Virginia.

EmPOWER Mayland Program Update
Maryland HB 1532, Utility RELIEF (Reducing Energy Load Inflation for Everyday Families) Act, 2026 Leg., 445th Sess. (Md. 2026) eliminates gas utilities from the EmPOWER Maryland program, necessitating the termination of gas-related programs by year-end. The program will remain unchanged until December 31, 2026. Act promptly to get preapproval before the cutoff to ensure eligibility for Washington Gas incentives.
